With this working method, coordination between everyone involved is key: suppliers, warehouse operators, hauliers and end users. Our powerful management system lets us respond effectively to the demands of cross-docking. Goods remain in our warehouses only for as long as necessary after receipt.
In dry storage we apply our own temperature and humidity preservation method without refrigeration, keeping extreme temperatures under control.
Our advanced refrigeration system guarantees that products are stored in optimal cold conditions, ensuring their safety and quality.
We are your partner for the agri-food sector: we help extend the shelf life of products, reduce logistics costs and improve food quality.
Perishable goods are moved to areas where consolidation and deconsolidation processes are synchronised to decide on storage and speed up dispatch. Every operation is controlled for perishable products, and also for urgent goods bound for their destinations.
Cross-docking optimises the delivery of goods by eliminating or minimising intermediate storage. Goods are received, sorted (if necessary) and transferred directly to dispatch for delivery. There are three main types:
1. Consolidation: groups shipments from several suppliers for the same destination.
2. Deconsolidation: splits a large shipment into smaller ones for different recipients.
3. Hybrid: combines both as required.
Precise synchronisation, operational control and a good WMS, together with a strategic warehouse design and location.
